pssper operates a multi-layered safety system to keep all users safe while using our service.
Safety Philosophy
Our safety approach is built on four core principles:
- Prevention First: AI detects risk signals before problems occur.
- Rapid Response: Reports are auto-classified by AI and actioned based on severity.
- Transparent Process: Reporters are notified of outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: We update our safety systems based on user feedback.
AI Safety Features
AI monitors conversations in real-time to protect you:
- Conversation Analysis: Automatically detects aggressive or inappropriate messages.
- Risk Detection: Identifies money requests, external link luring, and personal data harvesting.
- Scam Prevention: Warns about suspicious links and financial fraud patterns.
Pro Tip
AI safety filters aren't perfect. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please report directly.
Reporting
Here's how to report an issue:
- Tap the report button on the user's profile or next to their message.
